I'm a Naturopathic Doctor & Doula in Windsor, Ontario.
I have a strong passion for education & empowering women so they can feel like the best version of themselves.
As a Mom & former caregiver, I know what it's like to pour from an empty cup, and I've learned how important it is to keep fuelling yourself through mind, body, and spirit in order to feel like the true you AND take care of your family.
Women are not being heard. Our symptoms are brushed off as "normal" simply because they are common- but being a woman is NOT a diagnosis!
I help women regulate their periods, tame their anxiety, and master the foundations of health. I prepare women for pregnancy, help them get pregnant, support them throughout pregnancy, design a birth plan & post-partum plan that fits their needs, and support them physically & emotionally post-partum. I offer in-person, virtual, and at-home appointments. As a Doula, I offer at-home labour induction appointments (using naturopathic modalities such as electroacupuncture) as well as post partum support that includes baby & Mum check-up, in addition to household support (light cleaning, light meal prep, baby minding & newborn care support).
I'm also clinically trained in Pediatrics- so I see a lot of kids in my office! I treat kids of all ages with eczema, psoriasis, tummy aches, anxiety, ADHD, and other childhood issues. I am a member of the Pediatric Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
I place a huge emphasis on sleep, stress management, nutrition, and movement in my practice. When we need extra support, I often use nutraceuticals, herbs, acupuncture and cupping. I am also trained in traditional chinese medicine, which I use often, especially when it comes to creating an acupuncture protocol for you!
